## DigiDala — Living Chat Mandala staging-QA follow-up

### Why this follow-up exists

The exact `v0.4.0-alpha.50.9.14` tag was deployed successfully to staging and entered real Telegram QA. The first group flow worked, including template selection, normal message processing, participant counting and SVG status delivery. Two focused issues were found during that QA pass.

### Fixes

1. **Group language control**
   - Adds `🌐 Язык` / `🌐 Language` to the Living Chat Mandala menu.
   - Opens RU/EN choices using the existing per-user locale persistence.
   - Does not edit the shared group menu globally when one participant changes their language.

2. **Immediate visual state after profiling lock**
   - The message that reaches `2,000` qualifying text symbols and `12` unique symbols now immediately produces a visible active state.
   - Template `initial_reveal` values are preserved in the first structure snapshot.
   - Energy is calculated from the same locking message instead of remaining at zero until a later message.

### Next gate
