# Alpha 50.9.18 Changeset

## Scope

Refines the Living Chat Mandala visual model after staging QA of `v0.4.0-alpha.50.9.17`.

## Changes

- Replaces line-opacity coloring with a static, template-specific model of enclosed colorable regions.
- Keeps the original SVG line art as a permanent neutral outline and colors only the enclosed areas assigned to logical gameplay units.
- Each logical unit now has deterministic colorable region IDs and area totals; unit progress represents the fraction of that unit's colorable area revealed.
- Regions are revealed by descending area within each logical unit, with at most one partially revealed boundary region.
- Structure progress is area-weighted when a template provides colorable-region areas, so the reported percentage corresponds to visible filled area rather than the number of logical units.
- Changes Chat Mandala status/final PNG output to use a white flattened background for Telegram readability.
- Keeps the canonical SVG transparent; white is applied only at the PNG delivery layer.
- Preserves the existing Chat Mandala parser, profiling, palette, Energy, lifecycle, localization and server authority model.

## Template preparation

The six existing templates remain `1000x1000` normalized SVG assets. Colorable regions are precomputed from the enclosed white areas of each template's line art and embedded as static vector paths. No raster segmentation is performed during `/status` or message processing.

The existing `small` / `medium` / `large` labels remain designer tiers describing visual complexity; they are not derived from image resolution. Region counts and total colorable area are recorded as explicit template metadata for future calibration.

## QA expectation

For a low structure percentage, the mandala should remain mostly white with only a small number of filled interior areas. At higher progress, increasingly large enclosed areas should become colored while the original outlines remain visible and stable. `/status` and final results should appear directly on a white PNG background in Telegram.
