The project is operated initially by a non-programmer owner with strong
general technical/system-administration skills.

Each change should be:
1. explained;
2. made reproducibly;
3. checked automatically;
4. tested locally;
5. tested in Telegram when relevant;
6. committed;
7. documented if architectural.

Avoid unnecessary infrastructure complexity.
